The morning after and someone needs a TEQUILA SUNRISE…
Ingredients
2 ounces tequila
4 ounces orange juice
3⁄4 ounce grenadine
Directions
Place ice cubes in a glass.
Pour in tequila and orange juice.
Slowly pour in grenadine and
allow it to settle at the bottom of the glass before serving.
Do not stir.
Serve.
With a cocktail in hand, Aunt Beatrice made her way
to the Ship’s bridge. It was minus the Captain this morning but
what a beautiful Tequila Sunrise.
The First Mate introduced himself to Aunt Beatrice.
“Good morning Miss Beatrice, I see you are already enjoying the morning
with your cocktail.”
“Yes, Yes I am. So what’s going on today, mate?”
The First mate overlooked her mate comment. He was normally greeted by,
Sir, yes, sir. Americans, he thought, were rude and disrespectful.
Aunt Beatrice swirled around the Bridge with her cocktail and then left
to join her friends for breakfast.
